The Astronaut
Up above the
World so high,
I sit and watch
As time goes by.
I am not star
Nor asteroid or comet.
I am not moon
Or sun adorned.
I watch all things
As they happen.
Beautiful colors
All around me.
It is dark
Up here by me
Out in space.
All by myself!
If you’re wondering
What or who I am,
I’m in a star ship up above.
I’m an astronaut in space.
