INGREDIENTS
- 7 ounces ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon diced pickles
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- ½ teaspoon ketchup
- Pinch smoked paprika
- 3 ounces chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown the ground beef over high heat then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the fat from the beef and remove from heat.
- Combine the mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Toss in the ground beef and the dressing until evenly coated. Makes 2 servings.
