INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop (20g) vanilla egg white protein powder
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all of the ingredients except the whipped cream in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
