INGREDIENTS
1 kg beef or chicken breast or thigh
1 medium smoked or dry fish (washed)
2 cups chopped okra
2 cups of water
2 cups chopped pumpkin leaves or “ugwu”
1 tablespoon dry, ground pepper
2 tablespoons dry, ground crayfish
1 wrap, locust bean or “iru”, (optional)
1 -2 maggi cubes
1-2 pieces stock fish (optional)
Salt to taste
2-4 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
