Everything we go through can bring us closer to God, if it gives birth to a prayer in our heart. In a Psalm-like manner, the prayers in this book are inspired by real life experiences and reflect different stages of the soul's journey with God. Whether filled with cries of anguish or tears of joy, deep concerns or songs of gratitude, they have two things in common: the will to surrender to our Father in heaven and the childlike trust in His wisdom and love.
