This book is an anthology of verses and articles written by the author over some years since having the disabling illness, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, M.E. otherwise known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, C.F.S. It may sound gloomy or pessimistic but is in fact a very mixed selection showing fortitude and humour, with occasional glimpses of depression. The aim is to educate people about this disease as well as giving those who already know something to smile about.
