The Way
The Way. It's not something you
can say. There's not a day
goes by that I don't think
about it .
I'll make it fit. Jogging, press ups,
cycling, sweating, eating, sleeping.
It stays with you, setting the standard
for your soul, making you whole.
There's always a way. And as I
sit 'in that which was before the world
was', I hear you telling me, prompting
me to do what I was born to do.
I don't understand it. I don't
have to. You are the panacea for
my soul, the epiphanic aether
that keeps me straight, the path
to God .
