DAYS UNDER THE SUN

Thank you for the days under the sun

For the rivers, the moons,

And the stars above.

Thank you for the plants, the seed,

And flowers in bloom.

For the stirring of love

And the memories of youth.

For the power to yield to adversity

And the ability to see you too.

Thank you for the days under the sun

For they are more than rivers,

Stars, and moons.

The flowers- they are beautiful,

But they wither too soon.

Your love, eternal

Your love, always in bloom.
