SARASOTA DREAMING

in my dreams, Joe,
I am standing with you
outside the gates of Heaven.
Your mother and brothers and sisters
are standing on the other side, waiting for you,
Your eyes are shining.
You are already beginning
to pass over. You tell me when you do,
will become brighter, and then the two of you
