Grace Like Snow
If snow
were paint flakes
flecks raining grace
if our spirits were frozen
enshrouded in fragile skin
we could melt
under a loving sun
resisting gravity
we could rest in the divine
if crimson blood
splashing
whitewashing
erased our human stain
