FAIR KITCHEN MEATLOAF
10 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
10 eggs
10 c. cracker crumbs
6 c. tomato juice (46 oz. can)
10 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pepper
Mix all together and bake about 2 hours at 350 degrees in two 9 x 13 inch pans.
