Hot Chocolate Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 egg white
- .75 ounces extra dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
- Warm coconut milk over low heat in a pan. Add one teaspoon raw honey.
- In the meantime, whisk the egg white until light and frothy.
- Add dark chocolate warmed milk and continue stirring until the chocolate is melted, being careful not the burn.
- Pour the egg white into the coconut milk and mix well. Let the melted chocolate cool for about a minute, then pour the melted chocolate into the coconut milk. Mix well
- Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until lightly set
- Optional: Garnish with dark chocolate flakes
