Le Noir de Lenoir

Three familiar agents look for an Asian grocery store on a tranquil autumn afternoon in the foothills town of Lenoir (North Carolina, USA). They meet a 'walking man' with a dark appearance in a store. Later, they see him again, still walking weighed down with grocery bags, some three miles from the store. However, when they look back again, he is gone. Where did he go?Based on a real-life experience in mid-October of 2015.The title is French, but the story is in English. Approx. 1300 words.
