ADOLESCENT JOURNEY
A life lived with such melancholy
Travels a haunted road.
Needs denied are the lover’s ache
Sore with desire
And trapped in delusions.
A frightful journey for a confused soul.
Attached and screaming.
Rejection is salt poison in my wounds.
The masters and the mighty
View our tortures.
My agonies give pleasure to these few
Whose lies have forged a twisted destiny
For me and for you.
