Book Description
The purpose of the meeting was to examine challenges of living after diagnosis and treatment of cancerfor adolescents and young adults, including access to long-term care, obtaining and maintainingemployment, and a variety of economic and social issues. The President’s Cancer Panel (PCP, the Panel)is seeking input to help develop its recommendations to the President of the United States, the U.S.Congress, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the broader community of researchers,policy makers, advocates, and others on issues related to cancer survivor-ship.
