This study aimed to determine the effects of aesthetics in food presentation. Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions the mean perception of the respondents regarding aesthetics appeal in food presentation and service in terms of color, texture, shape, arrangement and garnish. The marketing strategies of Garcia’s Catering Services in terms of product, price and promotion and the level of customer satisfaction as affected by aesthetics in food presentation in terms of food quality, menu variety, customer services and cleanliness.
